Horrid update

Why havent you addressed this issue? I have posted a complaint on your website and their hasnt been any response by you. There arent any answers? I still cant open this game. I did my initial review on 6/30/16 and now a week later no response. This is the only game I ever play, so this is very disappointing.

This is my original rating post:
What the heck are you doing to this game? I installed the update and that was about all it did, it crashes immediately. I get your logo and thats it. Please fix this issues A.S.A.P.
