Lost Game Progress

Like many users of this game, I have lost all my game progress in the most recent Acid Storm event. Was a few hundred tokens away from getting acid storm when the event wouldnt load anymore. So I did what I always did when an event crashed. I uninstalled the game and re d/ld it. Its given me back my game progress before but this time it didnt. Its been about 2 weeks now since this has happened and I still dont have it back. I had all but 3 characters unlocked with all of them above level 10 and many of them all the way at 15. I was almost at level 400 with all but a few achievements accomplished and over 5 million in coins. Been playing this game for almost 2 years and have spent well over $100 on gems for these events. So Ive pretty much just wasted that money seeing as I cant get my game progress back. WTG Rovio. You really know how to screw your customers out of their money for your benefit. Btw, I did email and complain about a week ago and guess what. No response. Go figure.
